Overview

Bravo Tactical Protection Services provides professional security services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to service bookings, deposits, and any related payments made to us.

Security Services

Once security services have commenced, refunds will not be issued for time already worked, resources allocated, or personnel deployed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Guarding services

  • Event security

  • VIP or close protection services

  • Asset protection

  • CCTV monitoring

  • K9 patrols

Security services involve planning, staffing, and operational preparation that cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Cancellations

If a client needs to cancel a service:

  • Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any costs already incurred

  • Late cancellations or cancellations after deployment has been scheduled may result in no refund

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service and timing. These details will be communicated at the time of booking.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure personnel, planning, and operational preparation.

In exceptional circumstances, deposit refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Training Services (if applicable)

For training services or courses:

  • Cancellations made before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund

  • No refunds will be issued once training has started or if a participant fails to attend

Specific training terms may be provided separately where applicable.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Security services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely. Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including criminal acts, third-party actions, or unforeseen incidents.

Requests for Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include relevant details such as service type, date, and reason for the request.

Refund requests will be reviewed fairly and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
